Tonight’s LCHF Dinner

After messing around with food all day for a living, it can be hard to work out what to make for my own family for dinner each night.

Here’s what I came up with tonight and I couldn’t finish all of mine:

Chicken drumsticks baked with garlic, smoked paprika, himalayan pink salt, black peppercorns, thyme, tarragon and olive oil and I can’t remember what else! Just kind of empty heaps of your spice rack into your mortar & pestle, grind it all up and spread generously over the chicken.

The vegetable bake consisted of mushrooms, zucchini, cauliflower, yellow squash, red capsicum and green beans baked in a tray with garlic powder, tumeric, cubes of butter and philadelphia cream cheese (full fat), thickened cream and topped with a pizza blend of grated cheese.

I’ve said it before, Low Carb High Fat meals aren’t always the prettiest meals on a plate, but they sure taste great.

And they make you lose weight!
